This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you and me under which you may use spreadsheets I provide. Your use of the spreadsheets means that you accept and agree to abide by all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which supplement our terms and conditions of sale.

3rd Party Access

You must not allow a third party to access or use the any spreadsheet. Additional usage licences can be purchased per user. As such, you will monitor the use of the spreadsheets by the Third Party and you will procure that they abide by this acceptable use policy. A breach of this acceptable use policy by a Third Party will be deemed to be a breach of this acceptable use policy by you.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the spreadsheets for:

• Breaching any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Committing unlawful or fraudulent acts, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect
• For harming any persons physically, mentally or reputationally
• For uploading, downloading or distributing harmful or illegal content
• For sending spam and/or unsolicited emails
• For sending any email containing unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• For transmitting viruses, malicious code, trojan horses, worms, time-bombs,
• For effecting keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any similar effect
• For transmitting code that is adverse to computer software or hardware
• Run processes such as a web spider or indexer, bit torrent, peer-to-peer activities

Reselling

You agree:

• Not to re-sell any spreadsheet (unless it is sold with resale rights)
• Not to offer for free any spreadsheet (unless it is sold with resale rights
• Not To offer in any promotional manner any spreadsheet (unless it is sold with resale rights)

Content Standards

Content must be:

• To hold accurate data (or believed, in good faith, to be accurate)
• Legal
• Complies with all legal, financial, accounting, tax and other applicable laws

Content must not be:

• Defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory or pornographic
• Be abusive or promote abuse of any type
• Promote violence, discrimination, harassment or privacy invasion of any sort
• Promote illegal activities
• Infringe copyright, database rights or trade mark
• Deceitful, deliberately inaccurate or misleading or impersonating

Suspension And Termination

I will determine, in my discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of my spreadsheets. When a breach of this policy has occurred, I may take such action as deemed appropriate.

I May Choose To:

• Immediately, temporarily or permanently withdrawal of your usage licence
• Disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement authorities
• Initiate legal proceedings
• Take other appropriate legal actions not specifically identified herein

Any software license you purchase is specifically for that person/machine/installation and may not normally be transferred.

If for any reason your download is not working, please email me (use site contact form) and request a fresh copy to be emailed to you (which shall be checked for downloadability before emailing it to you).

Digital Product Refunds (Un-Licensed)

Due to the nature of unlicensed digital products (eBooks, some spreadsheets, PDF's etc), I am unable to offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Unlike physical goods, digital files are intangible and cannot be returned or resold once accessed or downloaded.

This ensures the integrity of our platform and protects the intellectual property rights of content creators (trade secrets, know-how etc).

Additionally, granting refunds for digital products could result in potential misuse, as the product is still retained after a refund is issued. I strive to provide detailed product descriptions and previews to help you make informed purchasing decisions and encourage you to reach out with any questions before completing your order.

As such, no refund is given for unlicensed digital products.

Digital Product Refunds (Licensed)

Within 30 calendar days of purchase of a product, a no-quibble refund is offered on licensed digital products (i.e they require an activation code/license). You don't even have to tell me why! (But i'd love to know, so that continual improvement of products, advertising description and other matters can occur). Any enabling licence will be disabled at this point. The refund and returns policy lasts 30 calendar days. After this, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. (Fair's fair, yes?)

Annual Licence Fee (Paid In Advance) Refunds

I will happily no quibble refund any unused portion of a purchased license on a pro-rata basis, whether you pay for this monthly, annually or lump sum. This is 1000% fairer than most software companies will offer. Thought it was a cool idea, agree?

Check Refund Status

Once a refund is approved, a bank refund instruction is submitted within 1 day.

This can mean it may take up to 7 calendar days to reach your bank account. If the refund is still not with you on day 8 please contact us so that we can follow the matter up.

Responsibility For Content

Responsibility for what is posted on bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and other public posting areas on the Site, or sent via any email services on the Site, lies with each user – you alone are responsible for the material you post or send. We do not control the messages, information or files that you or others may provide through the site.

I do not undertake any obligatory responsibility (except statutory ones) to monitor my social accounts for inappropriate content being posted by others. (Of course, in reality I will do my best to ensure the community is kept in order, but no duty is owed to any community user.) Users are encouraged to report inappropriate content on my social platforms to me for direct and quick resolve.
