Upon DD failure, I get an auto-notification
DD is re-presented a few days later (no extra fees)
If it fails more than 3 times, I will contact you.

Why Is Payment Required In Advance?

I ask clients to "pay as they go" thus avoiding clients owing me money and credit control agencies being employed. This ensures work progresses smoothly and payment issues do not get in the way of tasks being carried out to deadline.Not using credit control agencies or spending time on payment requests means your fee is cheaper and I am more available to assist you in your business. It's a win-win.Further, it ensures I only work with solvent businesses. Why is My DD So High?

Accepted Answer

A direct Debit is phased depending on where you are in your financial year. For instance:

Financial Year Has Not Started - DD will be the annual fee divided by 12 months.
Financial Year Has Started - Upfront DD (Total fee minus monthly DD's left).
Financial Year Has Ended - Full payment required upfront.
